4 WEEK WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM

Week One — Detox Week
3 days cupping and with restriction of Alcohol, sugar and coffee

Week Two and Three — Start of weight loss (water from fat cells)
3 days cupping therapy combined with Meal Plan (see below)

Week Four — Skin Tighten
3 days cupping therapy with normal meal but no Alcohol and sugar

Week two and Three Meal Plan (Meals provided at extra cost)
Breakfast and Time:
Best at: between 7 am to 9am (or Your normal breakfast time)
Eat and drink within 20mins (must follow the time frame)
Food Suggestions: protein (eg: eggs, protein smoothies or oats)
Drink: Soymilk, Almond milk or Milk
No Water!!!
Lunch and Time:
Best at: between 12 noon to 2:00pm (or Your normal lunch time)
Eat and drink within 20mins (must follow the time frame)
Food Suggestions: protein (meet, fish, or rice) with salad
Drink: water as much as you can, best 1.5L
Dinner Time:
Best at: between 5pm to 7pm (or your normal lunch time)
Eat and drink within 20 mins (must follow the time frame)
Food Suggestions: protein (meat or fish) with drake colour vegs and lots of cucumbers.

Drink: Water or green smoothies.
No drink even water from the end of your dinner to next morning breakfast
time!!!!

Ten Days Weight Loss Program

Day one to Day three: Detox and loss Water in fat cell with Chinese Cupping and follow the meal plan we provide

Day four: Maintain weight lost, follow the meal plan
Day five: Chinese Cupping therapy with meal plan

Day six: new meal plan 2

Day seven: Chinese Cupping with meal plan 2

Day eight: start meal plan 3

Day nigh and ten: Chinese Cupping with meal plan 3

Day 11 last day of meal plan 3 and back to your normal meal.
